Curly Girl: A Handbook  é um livro escrito por Lorraine Massey e Deborah Chiel que ajuda as pessoas a aceitar a sua textura natural de cabelo. With that objective in mind, Massey describes a new and revolutionary routine to get healthy, well-behaved waves, curls and coils. Com esse objetivo em mente, Massey descreve uma rotina de tratamento revolucionária chamada de No-poo, para ter cachos, ondas e bobinas saudáveis e bem-comportadas.
